| «Second Of Luck» game rules |
«Second Of Luck» is a unique game which allows staking on time and has no analogues in the world.
«Second of Luck» has very simple rules. The sense is in guessing the lucky time!
During the draw the draw machines randomly select winning balls, which comprise the lucky combination of 6 digits. The first two digits determine hours (from 00 to 23), the following couple of digits define minutes (from 00 to 59), and the last two digits correspond to seconds (from 00 to 59).
If you managed to match the hour, the minute, the second of the winning combination, you hit
the main prize – 10 000 UAH! If you only partially matched the winning combination, you also get the prize.
One bet costs 2 UAH*. Since one bet contains simultaneously two combinations, your chances to win multiply by two!
Draws are held twice a week - each Monday and Friday. They are televised on channel UT-1 according to the broadcast schedule apx. at 22.50 p.m. together with the other games of Ukrainian National Lottery.
You can make your bets in “Second of Luck” via Internet, as well as via sms to the short number 8703 for the subscribers of life:) and MTS.
Kyivstar subscribers will very soon attain the possibility to make «Second of Luck» bets.

* - Bet cost 2,40 UAH (with VAT). 7,5 % of value (w/o VAT) is charged for the profit of pension fund.
Winning requires matching any component of the prize time (hours, minutes or seconds). The more components you match, the bigger your winning grows!
The minimal fixed prize is 3 UAH and it is given for the hour-match (e.g. 19 hours).
The minute-match (e.g. 25 minutes) or the second-match (e.g. 59 seconds) equals 6 UAH.
The main prize of 10 000 UAH goes for the full match of all the time combinations (hours, minutes, seconds, like for instance 22:09:57)

One combination can only win in a single prize category.
Currently, you can play «Second of Luck» via internet or cell phones, if you are subscribed to life:) or MTS services.
Betting in «Second of Luck» is round-the-clock.
Your bet, made on the day when the draw is held, is to be paid before 20:55, otherwise it will be registered for the next draw.
Betting via internet allows registering a bet for one or up to 10 consecutive draws.
Note that the ticket price depends on the quantity of draws. For instance, if your bet is registered for the 5 consecutive draws, your ticket will cost 2 UAH x 5 = 10 UAH.
SMS-betting allows no consecutive draws, and all bets play just once.
Each bet contains 2 combinations.
The first one is the combination chosen by you in one of three different modes:
- You may choose any combination you want.
- You may choose actual time at the given moment (“LUCK” mode)
- You may choose a time combination generated by the computer (“AUTO” mode)
The second combination is the auto-mode generated combination from UNL.
The bet confirmation is delivered in a form of a game ticket sent to your e-mail or to your cell phone as a text message.
A ticket contains the following information:
- date and time of sale,
- combination you chose,
- UNL combination,
- date of the draw when your bet will play,
- ticket price,
- unique ticket number.
«Second of Luck» draws are held under the supervision of the draw panel, which consists of representatives of the public, the Ministry of Finance, and an independent audit company. The draw panel confirms the correctness of the draw procedure according to the official protocol.
Draws are carried out several minutes after the pools are closed.
Draws are broadcast on Monday and Friday at 22:50 on television channel UT-1.
The ticket is valid for prize claiming during 60 days after the draw. A ticket is the only proof of youê participation in the draw and the basis for your prize claim. Store the ticket until your winning payout, do not remove the text message or the e-mail letter with the ticket number.
You can only claim your prize if you can provide the unique ticket number.
For the SMS players:
- prizes under 250 UAH are transmitted to the subscriber’s mobile account
- prizes over 250 UAH can be received to the e-wallet (transfer made via www.lottery.com.ua) or cashed in UNL main office after preliminary appointment by the phone (044) 220 49 49.
For internet players:
- prizes under 3000 UAH can be transferred to the e-wallet (via www.lottery.com.ua)
- prizes over 3000 are paid out in the main office of UNL
